    Change of Mind Returns

    If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to request a return provided the following conditions are met:

    • It is less than 30 days since your purchase

    • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

    • All components, accessories and manuals are included.

    • You contact us within the return period stated on our website.

    • You cover all return shipping costs.

    Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non refundable.

    Faulty or Defective Products

    • Proof of purchase or receipt

    • Photos or videos that clearly show the issue where possible

    How to Lodge a Return or Claim

    1. Email info@ketergroup.com.au with your order details and reason for return.

    2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide next steps.

    3. If approved, instructions for returning the item or confirming the warranty claim will be provided.

    Australian Consumer Law Rights

    This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure.
