Preorder Terms and Conditions
By placing a preorder with Maze Products, you agree to the following terms.
1. What a Preorder Means
A preorder allows you to purchase an item before it is physically available in our warehouse. Your order secures stock from an upcoming shipment.
2. Preorder Month and Estimated Arrival
The month stated in the product title refers to the expected month the item will arrive at our warehouse, not the delivery date to you.
This date is an estimate only and may change due to shipping delays, customs clearance, or factors outside our control.
3. Order Processing After Warehouse Arrival
Once the preorder stock arrives at our warehouse, orders require time to be processed and prepared before dispatch.

4. Delivery Timeframes
After fulfilment, delivery timeframes vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

5. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of preorder unless otherwise stated. Preorders help us plan inventory and fulfilment, which is why payment is taken upfront.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Preorders may be cancelled and refunded at any time before the order has been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and our standard returns policy will apply.
If Maze Products is unable to supply the item for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
7. Delays
While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur. Maze Products is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, freight providers, customs, or other external factors.
