At Keter we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. We’re online shoppers too, so we understand the excitement of waiting for a parcel to arrive!

Order Fulfilment Time

Fulfilment is the time it takes our team to pick, pack and dispatch your order.

Standard fulfilment time: 1–3 business days
During busier periods (after weekends, public holidays, or the Christmas period from mid-November to New Year’s Day): 2–5 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, the shipping timeframe begins.

Our Shipping Services

We ship from our Melbourne warehouse using Australia Post and other trusted courier partners.
While Australia Post is often our preferred carrier, we may use alternative courier services during busy periods or when they offer the most reliable delivery option at the time.

This ensures your parcel is shipped in the fastest and most efficient way available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier’s network:

Melbourne metro: as little as 1-3 business days
Regional VIC / East Coast metro: 1-5 business days (up to 10 business days during busier periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and January)
Western states (including Perth): delivery typically takes around a week
Remote areas: may take longer depending on courier availability

All delivery time frames are estimates only and may vary during peak periods.

Shipping to Remote Areas

Some remote postcodes may attract additional freight charges. If your shipping cost exceeds standard rates, we will contact you for approval before dispatching your order.

Express Post

Express Post is our fastest delivery option. Australia Post prioritises these parcels using the quickest available transport route.

Eastern capital cities: usually overnight from Melbourne
Western states and remote areas: a few extra days

Please note that fulfilment times still apply before the parcel is handed over to the courier.

Pre-order Items

If any item in your order is marked as pre-order, please refer to the product page for the expected arrival date.
Your full order will be dispatched once all items are in stock.

Tracking

Tracking is provided with every order.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is complete, and you will receive a text message on the day your parcel is due to arrive (where available).

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from our Melbourne warehouse.

Orders are usually ready within 1 business day
We will send you a text message once your order is ready for collection
Collection hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
